ZenShip Overview

Zenventory now has our own, in-house Shipping Engine, we call ZenShip!

A shipping engine is a software tool that maintains the electronic communications between Zenventory and the supported carriers to support shipping features like rate shopping, shipping label creation, custom packaging, and much more.  

With the ZenShip shipping engine, we use our negotiating power with the carriers to get you approved for your own accounts at superior discounted rates.  If you already have your own accounts, then we'll run a cost analysis of your recent shipment activity and let you know just how much money we can potentially save you on your shipping costs.  You can also just connect your own carrier accounts directly to Zenship and use those.  

Sounds Amazing, How do we get started?

  1. Reach out to our dedicated support team to let them know you are interested in Zenship to get the process started.  You can call us at 480-530-2100, or use the Help section of the Software to submit a support ticket
  2. Our team will send you an online PDF form to fill out with all of your company info, warehouse info, and payment options.  
  3. Once filled out, we go to bat on your behalf with the carriers to get your accounts setup and ready for use in the software.  
  4. Once Zenship has been installed we'll guide you through a 30-minute training session using Google Meet to show you the ropes.
    1. Allow for 1 business day after the form has been filled out to have the ZenShip shipping engine installed in your account for use with our provided USPS account, and any of your own accounts you wish to connect
      1. Approvals for new UPS and Fedex accounts can take a couple weeks to be fully set up.
