  • Introducing Rate Shopper Presets!  Organize rate shopping rules into standardized, reusable presets that can be easily applied to orders with automation or on-the-fly from the Ship screen.  These new presets introduce more flexibility in your automation of shipping choices to ensure more efficiency and cost savings.

New Features & Improvements

  • The maximum allowable character limit for the SKU field is now 100 characters, up from the previous limitation of 40.
  • You now have the ability to assign a user to more than one client.  The new “Restrict Client” feature will allow a user to be able to see data in the system for multiple clients.  
  • Made some adjustments to both the Shipment Detail (csv) and the Client Statement (pdf) reports to have consistent values for shipping and handling charges, matching the other reports that contain this data.
  • Made some changes to automatically disable integrations that are not in use by inactive accounts.
  • Improved some database queries with regard to gathering shipping order data to be compiled on various shipping related reports.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that was preventing some carrier names from being edited.
  • Squashed a bug that was incorrectly calculating the dollar value of shipping items when purchasing labels through ShipEngine.

New Features & Improvements

  • Made a slight change to item allocation behavior for a specific customer order scenario.  If you partially pick an item’s quantity on a customer order when that entire quantity was allocated from the same location, the quantity not picked will remain allocated.  
  • Amazon Integration: The “Delivery By” date on orders originating in Amazon is now being imported and will map to the customer order “Required By” date datafield.
  • In App Shipping - if no shipping name has been provided on an order, the system will now fall back to using the customer records’ first name and surname fields in all situations. 
  • Cloud9 Integration: made a change to how we send requested carrier and service data to be more versatile in nature and allow for more user defined options.   
  • Added assembly item notes and item userfields 1-5 for assembly and component items as available datasource fields on the Assembly Work Order PDF template.
  • Added the “Placed By” user column to the Orders Export by Date .csv report.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where having an item description more than 100 characters in length prevented the item from being shipped in some scenarios.
  • The Inventory Export CSV report was temporarily not populating data.  This was resolved.
  • Shipping Label reference fields are now properly populating for all Ship Engines and carriers.
  • Item Labels printed from the List Inventory screens now show the serial number values as expected.
  • Fixed a couple typos in the code for customers using ShipEngine.
  • Squashed an issue with the lowest rate service option in some scenarios with the latest in app shipping improvements from release v3.164.
  • Rectified an issue that prevented inventory numbers imported by .CSV file from showing up in the Receiving Search results when a data range was entered as part of the search criteria.

New Features & Improvements

  • [BETA] Exclusive shipping discounts are now available for high volume shippers and 3PLs.  Compare our private rates for USPS, Amazon, UPS, and FedEx against your existing rates to ensure maximum savings on every shipment.  To opt in, contact the Support Team!
  • Introduced more conditional checks with batch shipping to check for required dimensional shipment data for some scenarios
  • User Interface improvements were made to Automation rules to allow you to (1) rename them to anything you choose, (2) disable/enable certain rules, and 3) disable/enable all rules.  
  • Package type names and package dimensions are now being saved with the respective order when the shipment was created in Shipstation.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Required by customer order datafield was being set to the created date of the order improperly in some situations.
  • Made some minor adjustments to the /customer-orders API endpoint to make sure the correct error descriptions are being returned when a POST call is unsuccessful.
  • Rectified a typo on the dimensions columns of the order shipment information page.
  • Squashed a bug that was not allowing for the Fedex International First service to display rates when rate shopping or create labels in some situations for international shipments. 
    • Introduced special handling for international orders shipping to Puerto Rico addresses.

New Features & Improvements

  • ShipStation integration:  The "Ship By Date" field now maps to the system's "Required Delivery Date" when orders are passed to/from ShipStation.
  • Shipping:  Package Dimensions have been added to the Shipment information page.
  • Shipping:  Increased character limit for tracking numbers from 60 to 150.
  • Orders Export:  New column added for "Component Ordered Quantity", making it easy to review the quantities of each component necessary to fulfill open kit orders from this report.
  • Improved back-end logging to capture the application source for stock adjustments, receipts, cycle counts, and location moves.
  • Assemblies:  An optional "Item Notes" field is now available for the Work Order Allocation PDF document.  This allows detailed assembly notes to be included in the same document that lists the required Work Order materials.  *** Requires XML edit to enable, contact the Support Team for assistance if needed!

  • Reports API:  Fixed a bug that prevented the SKU and itemId filters from functioning properly during report generation.

  • For users of the SqBx delivery management app, full customization of the field mappings from the Order record and the Pickup Receipt is now supported (all columns).
  • Added new available search fields for Orders:  Batch ID, Batch Notes, and Completion Date.
  • Optimized queries to improve performance when searching for shipping orders & when running the Stock In/Out Summary report.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug in automation rules where conditions based on Address Line 1 were not triggering the rule.
  • 3PL:  The Client Charge modal no longer reverts charges to $0 when modifying quantity.

  • 3PL:  For administrator users on the Unlimited plan or above, app branding is now editable from the Admin -> Company screen.  Customize the main logo, color scheme, contact details, and more!
  • 3PL:  Administrators now have the ability to set or modify the date of miscellaneous charges.

  • Squashed a bug involving cancelled receipts that left orders in an incorrect state for picking.
  • The Par Level column no longer shows up twice on the main Inventory screen.

  • Item catalog edit timeline: Changes made to item attributes are now tracked in a timeline, providing a comprehensive record of all modifications including before/after values. This enhances accountability by clearly indicating who made each change and when it occurred.
  • Serialized items:  Custom SerialFields are now included on the Cycle Count screens if enabled, making it easy to see expanded identifiers during a count such as asset IDs, IMEI codes, MAC addresses, or any other per-unit details saved alongside an item's serial number.
  • 3PL:  Client users can now view shipment related documents (like the shipping label or customs forms) if they have the "Shipment Reports" role enabled.

New Features & Improvements

  • Warehouse locations can now be turned into a “Quarantine” location allowing you to store quantities of stock there, but not report those quantities as sellable to connected marketplaces.  
  • Added two additional columns to the Assembled Items .csv report: “Claimed by” and “Claimed On (timestamp)” to allow for better tracking of production environment workflows.
  • Adjusted the “Average Cost” column on the Current Cost of Inventory .csv report to display up to 6 decimal places for more accurate accounting.
  • Added a new column for “Note” on the View Charges page for both clients and non-client users.
  • Made some significant improvements to the Current Cost of Inventory .csv report by adding additional columns for “Total Freight”, “Average Freight”, “Total Duties”, “Average Duties”, “Average Freight + Duties”, “Average Landed Cost”.  Renamed the current “Landed Cost” column to now display “Total Freight + Duties” for both the .csv and .pdf version.
  • Item Image URLs can now be provided on a .CSV item import file to automatically import item images into the system in bulk

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile App - optimized the inventory screen to allow for faster load and processing times for accounts with large in stock item lists
  • Mobile App - rectified an issue where pick scanning was only working properly for the 1st line item on a customer order in some situations.
  • Fixed an issue with the Cycle Count Details report not properly displaying all warehouse locations in a cycle count in some situations.
  • Made an adjustment to the Fulfillment Performance Report .csv to display a value of “undefined” in the Pick List Printed column to match what the .pdf version of the report displays if a pick list has not been printed.
  • Squashed a bug that was not properly displaying all client fees added to a receipt when that receipt was generated against a Purchase Order.

  • Made sure that users assigned to a warehouse group restriction could see the correct warehouses in the mobile app.
  • Fixed an issue with the Admin>Item Importer that would create duplicate warehouse locations in specific instances when trying to assign item specific default putaway locations.

  • 3PL:  Creating items during CO/PO creation is no longer incorrectly gated by the 'Admin Customer' permission for client users.

  • Mobile app [Android]: The 'Request Transfer' page no longer fails to load when changing warehouses to/from a warehouse with no active transfer requests.

  • Mobile app [Android]: Fixed a bug where available quantities displayed on the 'Request Transfer' page could be incorrect in larger accounts with high volumes of transfer data.

  • New option for in-app shipping:  EasyPost!  Get deep postage discounts with all the popular carriers like USPS/FedEx/UPS, easily create your shipping labels from the "Ready to Ship" screen, and best of all:  No per-label fees.  *** If you're already configured for in-app shipping and need help migrating over to the new EasyPost engine, contact the Support Team and we'll be happy to assist.
  • The CSV import tool for items now supports mass-update of inventory quantity by simply uploading new values along with an "ADD" or "UPDATE" parameter.

  • For 3PLs:  All CSV reports that include Client-specific data now include a Client column.

  • Amazon FBA:  Integration updated for alignment with Amazon's latest API changes.

  • Improved efficiency of auto-allocation processing for backorders as new stock is received.
  • Expanded authorization & cost-setting controls for larger organizations
  • Access to individual Warehouses can be restricted by User.
  • Warehouses can now be assigned to "Warehouse Groups" for easier multi-selection.
  • All reports that support multi-warehouse filtering have been upgraded to support the new Warehouse Group feature (saving a lot of clicks in some scenarios!).
  • Item sales prices can now be set dynamically at order creation to use the current average purchase cost of the available inventory.  This is useful for larger organizations like school districts and government agencies, who fulfill orders to internal customers and need to attribute budgetary expenditures accurately without any added markup.
  • Freight & Duties can now be input as lump sums during PO creation, and if so, they will distributed proportionally to each line item at the time of receiving.

Bugs Fixed

  • Walmart: Integration mappings now properly save under the client in 3PL scenarios.
  • Non-inventory items no longer leave orders in a partially fulfilled state in Shopify.

  • Fixed a bug where duplicated SKUs could be saved during the Marketplace Reconnect process.

  • Shopify integration:  Fixed an error in API rate limit handling that prevented some orders from importing.

  • Shopify integration: Stamps.com carrier is now translating to expected USPS API value for Shopify fulfillment updates.

  • Resolved a validation issue in Shipment Reports that caused "carrier" to be a required parameter rather than an optional one as intended.

  • Warehouse Transfers:  Receiving a transfer will now use the default put-away location for items as intended.
