Shipment Reports
Shipment Reports focus on what left the warehouse, when, how much it cost, and who shipped it. Use these reports to review carrier performance, reconcile shipping costs, measure daily throughput, and provide 3PL clients with billing statements. All reports include a client (3PL) and warehouse selector. Filters marked with * are required.
Shipment Overview
Shipments By Carrier
Best used for: Reviewing all shipments made through a specific carrier including tracking numbers. Use this to investigate deliveries, provide tracking information, or audit carrier usage over a period.
Output: PDF | Required filters: Carrier, Shipped Date From, Shipped Date To
When running the report, you can tailor it to exactly what you need:
- Carrier* — Select the carrier you want to review. This is a required field.
- Shipped Date From* — The start of the shipment date range.
- Shipped Date To* — The end of the shipment date range. Defaults to today if left blank.

Shipment Summary
Best used for: A day-by-day breakdown of shipment counts and costs grouped by carrier. Use this for periodic shipping reviews or to compare carrier volume over time.

Shipment Detail
Best used for: A full listing of individual shipments with package dimensions, weight, and cost detail. Use this for detailed shipping audits or when you need more than the summary provides.

Daily Shipment Activity
Best used for: A day-by-day comparison of new orders received versus shipments sent. Use this to spot fulfillment backlogs or measure throughput during busy periods. For best results, limit searches to 3 weeks or less.

- Date From* — The start of the date range you want to review.
- Date To* — The end of the date range. Defaults to today if left blank.
- Warehouse — Narrow results to one or more specific warehouses, or leave blank to include all.
- Break down by Carrier — Check this to add a per-carrier breakdown to each day's shipment totals.

Items Shipped
Shipped Items By Date
Best used for: Seeing exactly which items went out in each shipment during a period. Useful for customer inquiries or verifying what was included in specific shipments.

Shipped Items Totals
Best used for: Cumulative totals of each SKU shipped over a period. Use this to review what moved through the warehouse or compare shipping volumes across products.

Cost & Billing
Shipment Cost Report
Best used for: Comparing total shipping costs and average cost per shipment across carriers. Use this to evaluate carrier pricing or identify cost-saving opportunities.

When running the report, you can tailor it to exactly what you need:
- Shipped Date From* — The start of the shipment date range.

Client users will not see a breakdown on the shipping costs, but a operational (non-client) user can.

Client Summary

Best used for: Understanding which carriers and service levels your customers are choosing. Use this to review shipping preferences, spot trends, or support carrier contract negotiations.
