Locate or Generate Your SecureKey

Secure keys are used to sign into various integration partners during the initial account set up. For example, if you use ShippingEasy as your shipper, you will need to enter your secure key to integrate them with Zenventory. Secure keys can be generated by an Admin or existing user of the system. Each user has a different secure key.

1. Navigate to "Admin", and select “Users” from the drop down menu.
   
2. To manage an existing user, select the “Edit User” icon that is to the left of the User.
   
3. Locate the SecureKey field underneath the User Details. If there is no key entered you can generate a key by selecting "Generate a Key".
