      Integration Runtime Intervals

      This article will cover all of the different functions from each cron we have, including current intervals. This information is current as of July 26, 2021.

      • Amazon
        • Items (Amazon to Zenventory) - 4 hours
        • Orders: 15 minutes
        • Cancelled Orders: 1 hour
        • Shipments - 1 hour
        • Inventory (Zen to Amazon) - 10 minutes (if "High Frequency Inventory Update" is enabled in Admin>System>Integrations>Amazon)
      • Amazon Midnight
        • 5th minute of the hour between 06:00 and 10:00 UTC
      • Marketplaces
        • Pull - 15 minutes
        • Sync - 15 minutes
        • Reconnect - every 24 hours at 5pm AZ time.
      • Accounting Update
        • Approximately 07:00 UTC
      • Integrations
        • Orders - 10 minutes
        • Stock Updates - 10 minutes
      • ShipStation Orders - 10 minutes
      • Ebay - 10 minutes
      • Client Storage Charges - daily at 04:00 UTC
      • Client Count Reporting - daily at 04:00 UTC
      • Shipment Label Payment Processing - daily at 04:00 UTC
