Inbound Reports

Inbound Reports cover purchase orders and receiving activity — what's on order, what's expected in, and what's arrived. Use these to plan receiving workload, track supplier deliveries, and export PO data for external systems. All reports include a client (3PL) and warehouse selector. Filters marked with * are required.

Best used for: Reviewing all open purchase orders from a specific supplier. Use this to check what's currently on order and expected in, with the option to include already-received POs for a full historical view of that supplier's deliveries.

When running the report, you can tailor it to exactly what you need:

  • Supplier* — Select the supplier you want to review. This is the only required field.
  • Date To — Filter to purchase orders required by a specific end date, or leave blank to include all.
  • Show Received Purchase Orders — Check this to include POs that have already been received alongside open ones.
  • Warehouse — Narrow results to one or more specific warehouses, or leave blank to include all.
Columns included
Supplier, PO Number, Client, Required By, Shipping Method, Ordered By, Order Prepared, Items, Value
